HOW TO FIND US

It is suggested you follow the route to Totnes. At Totnes turn right at the traffic lights onto the A381 signed to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Follow this road through Harbetonford and Halwell. Turn left onto the A3122 for Dartmouth at the filling station. About 3 miles further on (just past the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club on your left) take the right hand turning signed to Strete, Slapton and Torcross. Follow this minor road for about three miles to the village of Strete.Turn right at the junction with the A379 and follow this coastal road through Torcross towards Stokenham.

Turn left at the mini-roundabout towards Beesands. The road levels out then starts to drop downhill. Take the left-hand road signed to Beeson and follow this to the beginning of the village. There is a sharp curve left in the road where you should take the right turning signed to Beeson Farm. Pass the farm on your left then, climbing a hill, you will see a sign on the left saying Higher Beeson House, turn into the courtyard, or continue further up the hill and enter through the main driveway. Charles and Lynda Rogers live in the house at the entrance of the courtyard. See enquiry sign.
